Planning a better home in Tanah Merah
Luxior Concept renovates condominiums and landed homes across Tanah Merah, with each project beginning from the property condition and the way the household wants to live. Space planning, carpentry, lighting and finishes are resolved together so the home feels considered rather than over-designed.
A renovation plan shaped by the home in Tanah Merah
A strong Tanah Merah renovation starts with due diligence. Luxior Concept looks at the property type, existing services, access conditions and applicable renovation rules first, then develops the interior around what can be changed safely and sensibly.
How Luxior keeps a Tanah Merah renovation connected
From early planning to final inspection, Luxior Concept keeps the Tanah Merah renovation under a coordinated workflow. That includes design decisions, carpentry and site works, together with MCST renovation rules and access procedures and authority, structural or drainage considerations where the scope requires them.

A Better-Planned Home in Tanah Merah
What to Consider Before Renovating a Home in Tanah Merah
Tanah Merah Layout and Approval Planning
For a Tanah Merah property, we verify the home type, wall status, wet areas, services and management requirements before fixing the layout. That sequence is especially important where airport connectivity, private residential clusters and coastal humidity, because it prevents attractive ideas from becoming costly or non-compliant changes later.
Interior Design Ideas for Tanah Merah Homes
A strong Tanah Merah renovation does more than change finishes. It should remove friction from the daily plan, protect future access to services and direct the budget toward details that improve how the home feels and functions.

Tanah Merah Interior Design and Renovation FAQs
Answers for homeowners comparing interior designers, renovation scope, approvals and budgets in Tanah Merah, Singapore.
How much should homeowners budget for renovation in Tanah Merah?
Renovation budgets in Tanah Merah vary widely because condominiums and landed homes do not require the same amount of work. Luxior Concept prices the renovation after reviewing the layout, condition and desired scope, with major cost drivers usually including hacking, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical work and finishes.
How long does a renovation in Tanah Merah usually take?
Homeowners renovating in Tanah Merah should allow time for both design and construction, not just site work. Luxior Concept plans the sequence around approvals, procurement, carpentry and trade coordination so the proposed completion date is based on the real renovation scope.
Do I need HDB, MCST or other approval for a Tanah Merah renovation?
Condominium and apartment renovations in Tanah Merah are typically subject to the development’s MCST renovation rules. These can cover working hours, deposits, access, protection, hacking and submission requirements. Luxior Concept reviews the management requirements and renovation scope before affected site works begin.
What types of homes does Luxior Concept renovate in Tanah Merah?
For Tanah Merah properties, Luxior Concept can redesign condominiums and landed homes where the project scope is suitable. Each renovation begins with the existing floor plan and condition so the team can identify what should be retained, improved or rebuilt before a quotation is finalised.
Does Luxior Concept offer warranty and aftercare for Tanah Merah renovation projects?
Luxior Concept provides project handover and post-completion support for renovation work in Tanah Merah; the exact warranty coverage depends on the work, product and supplier involved and should be confirmed in the project documentation. Any defects or items identified at handover are reviewed against the agreed scope and applicable warranty terms.
