Principal Interior Designer
Luxior Concept was founded in Singapore in 2023 with a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve good design, clear information and a renovation process they can actually understand.
We work across HDB BTO flats, HDB resale homes, condominiums and landed properties, adapting every project to the people who will live there.
Rather than applying the same look to every home, our designers begin with your needs, your space and your budget. We then develop the layout, materials, storage, lighting and details around them.
Our role continues beyond the design stage. We coordinate the renovation, manage the practical requirements and stay involved through to handover.
The result is a home that feels considered, personal and comfortable long after the renovation is complete.

OUR APPROACH
Design, renovation and project management under one roof. Good renovation requires more than choosing colours and furniture. Our team considers how each space will be used, what needs to be stored, how rooms connect, where lighting is required, what materials suit Singapore's climate and what renovation requirements apply to your property. By bringing design and renovation together, decisions stay connected from the first floor plan through to the completed home.

CLEAR FROM THE START
We explain the design, scope, quotation and next steps clearly before work begins.
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Your layout, routines, preferences and priorities guide the design instead of a fixed house style.
INVOLVED THROUGHOUT
Your project is managed by people who understand both the design intent and what needs to happen on site.
A clear renovation process makes better decisions easier. We guide each project through four practical stages.
From first ideas to a finished home
step 01
Discovery & Space Planning
We learn about your property, household, lifestyle, renovation goals and budget before developing the layout.
step 02
Design & Visualisation
We develop the design direction, materials, carpentry, lighting and 3D visuals so you can understand the proposed home before renovation begins.
step 03
Quotation & Preparation
The scope is translated into a detailed renovation quotation. We also coordinate the relevant HDB, condominium or building requirements before work starts.
step 04
Renovation & Handover
Our team coordinates the renovation, tracks progress and works through the details with you until your home is ready for handover.
