Planning a better home in Tanjong Pagar
Interior design in Tanjong Pagar works best when local housing conditions are considered early. Luxior Concept designs HDB flats, apartments and condominiums with a focus on usable space, durable detailing, sensible storage and a renovation plan that can be coordinated from design through handover.
Good Tanjong Pagar renovations begin with constraints
Tanjong Pagar includes homes with different ages, management rules and renovation limitations. Before proposing major changes, Luxior Concept reviews the floor plan, wall status, service points and relevant approvals so design ideas stay practical to build.
Keeping the Tanjong Pagar renovation aligned from start to finish
From early planning to final inspection, Luxior Concept keeps the Tanjong Pagar renovation under a coordinated workflow. That includes design decisions, carpentry and site works, together with HDB requirements for regulated works and MCST renovation rules and access procedures.

Tanjong Pagar Layout and Approval Planning
For a Tanjong Pagar property, we verify the home type, wall status, wet areas, services and management requirements before fixing the layout. That sequence is especially important where heritage shophouse context, city towers and compact central homes, because it prevents attractive ideas from becoming costly or non-compliant changes later.

Tanjong Pagar Interior Design and Renovation FAQs
Answers for homeowners comparing interior designers, renovation scope, approvals and budgets in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.
How much should homeowners budget for renovation in Tanjong Pagar?
There is no single accurate renovation price for every Tanjong Pagar home. A realistic budget should be based on the property type, floor area, condition and level of custom work required; Luxior Concept develops the scope and quotation around those factors before construction begins.
How long does a renovation in Tanjong Pagar usually take?
Homeowners renovating in Tanjong Pagar should allow time for both design and construction, not just site work. Luxior Concept plans the sequence around approvals, procurement, carpentry and trade coordination so the proposed completion date is based on the real renovation scope.
Do I need HDB, MCST or other approval for a Tanjong Pagar renovation?
For Tanjong Pagar homes, HDB flats may require HDB permits and approved contractors for regulated works, while condominiums and executive condominiums follow their MCST renovation procedures, deposits, access hours and work restrictions. Luxior Concept reviews the property and planned works before the renovation programme is finalised.
Does Luxior Concept handle full-home renovations in Tanjong Pagar?
Luxior Concept works on HDB flats, apartments and condominiums in Tanjong Pagar, subject to the condition, access and approvals of the individual property. The scope can range from space planning and selected upgrades to a complete interior renovation with carpentry, lighting, finishes and coordinated site works.
Can the interior design for a Tanjong Pagar home be customised to a specific style?
Luxior Concept can tailor a Tanjong Pagar home to a broad range of interior styles, from warm minimalist and Japandi interiors to contemporary, modern luxury and hotel-inspired schemes. The style direction is translated into practical decisions about layout, materials, lighting and carpentry rather than treated as decoration alone.
