Design decisions that suit Siglap
Luxior Concept provides interior design and renovation for condominiums and landed homes in Siglap. The design starts with the actual floor plan, household routines and site constraints, then develops storage, lighting, materials and circulation around how the space will be used every day.
The right starting point for a Siglap renovation
The planning stage in Siglap should resolve more than aesthetics. Luxior Concept considers coastal landed streets, private apartments and mature greenery, then coordinates the layout and renovation scope around the actual restrictions of the property.
One coordinated route from planning to completion in Siglap
A Siglap renovation involves many small decisions that need to stay aligned. Luxior Concept carries the design through planning and construction while accounting for MCST renovation rules and access procedures and authority, structural or drainage considerations where the scope requires them, so responsibilities remain clear from start to finish.

Siglap Interior Design and Renovation FAQs
Answers for homeowners comparing interior designers, renovation scope, approvals and budgets in Siglap, Singapore.
How much does an interior renovation in Siglap cost?
Renovation budgets in Siglap vary widely because condominiums and landed homes do not require the same amount of work. Luxior Concept prices the renovation after reviewing the layout, condition and desired scope, with major cost drivers usually including hacking, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical work and finishes.
How early should I start planning a renovation in Siglap?
The time needed to renovate a home in Siglap is driven by complexity rather than the town itself. Design development, management or authority approvals, hacking, wet works, carpentry fabrication and installation all affect the schedule, so Luxior Concept establishes a project timeline after confirming the actual scope.
What renovation approvals are needed for homes in Siglap?
Condominium and apartment renovations in Siglap are typically subject to the development’s MCST renovation rules. These can cover working hours, deposits, access, protection, hacking and submission requirements. Luxior Concept reviews the management requirements and renovation scope before affected site works begin.
What types of homes does Luxior Concept renovate in Siglap?
For Siglap properties, Luxior Concept can redesign condominiums and landed homes where the project scope is suitable. Each renovation begins with the existing floor plan and condition so the team can identify what should be retained, improved or rebuilt before a quotation is finalised.
What interior styles can Luxior Concept design for a Siglap home?
Luxior Concept can tailor a Siglap home to a broad range of interior styles, from warm minimalist and Japandi interiors to contemporary, modern luxury and hotel-inspired schemes. The style direction is translated into practical decisions about layout, materials, lighting and carpentry rather than treated as decoration alone.
