Renovation planning for Bukit Merah homes
Luxior Concept renovates HDB flats, condominiums and apartments across Bukit Merah, with each project beginning from the property condition and the way the household wants to live. Space planning, carpentry, lighting and finishes are resolved together so the home feels considered rather than over-designed.
The existing unit sets the brief in Bukit Merah
A strong Bukit Merah renovation starts with due diligence. Luxior Concept looks at the property type, existing services, access conditions and applicable renovation rules first, then develops the interior around what can be changed safely and sensibly.
Turning a Bukit Merah design plan into a finished home
Luxior Concept coordinates design development, quotation, renovation works and handover for Bukit Merah projects. The team also plans around HDB requirements for regulated works and MCST renovation rules and access procedures, keeping the design intent and site execution connected through one renovation process.

A Better-Planned Home in Bukit Merah
What to Consider Before Renovating a Home in Bukit Merah
Bukit Merah Layout and Approval Planning
For a Bukit Merah property, we verify the home type, wall status, wet areas, services and management requirements before fixing the layout. That sequence is especially important where mature blocks, varied flat vintages and central access, because it prevents attractive ideas from becoming costly or non-compliant changes later.
Interior Design Ideas for Bukit Merah Homes
A strong Bukit Merah renovation does more than change finishes. It should remove friction from the daily plan, protect future access to services and direct the budget toward details that improve how the home feels and functions.

Bukit Merah Interior Design and Renovation FAQs
Answers for homeowners comparing interior designers, renovation scope, approvals and budgets in Bukit Merah, Singapore.
How much does an interior renovation in Bukit Merah cost?
Renovation budgets in Bukit Merah vary widely because HDB flats, condominiums and apartments do not require the same amount of work. Luxior Concept prices the renovation after reviewing the layout, condition and desired scope, with major cost drivers usually including hacking, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical work and finishes.
What is a realistic renovation timeline for a Bukit Merah home?
A Bukit Merah renovation timeline depends on the scope, approvals, custom carpentry, material lead times and site access. A light renovation can move faster than a full-home rebuild, so Luxior Concept sets the programme only after the design and work scope are clear, with planning started before the intended move-in date.
What renovation approvals are needed for homes in Bukit Merah?
For Bukit Merah homes, HDB flats may require HDB permits and approved contractors for regulated works, while condominiums and executive condominiums follow their MCST renovation procedures, deposits, access hours and work restrictions. Luxior Concept reviews the property and planned works before the renovation programme is finalised.
Can Luxior Concept redesign an older or recently purchased home in Bukit Merah?
Luxior Concept undertakes interior renovation for HDB flats, condominiums and apartments in Bukit Merah. Older homes may need more investigation of services and existing finishes, while recently purchased homes may allow more selective work; the recommended scope is based on the actual property rather than its age alone.
Can the interior design for a Bukit Merah home be customised to a specific style?
Luxior Concept can tailor a Bukit Merah home to a broad range of interior styles, from warm minimalist and Japandi interiors to contemporary, modern luxury and hotel-inspired schemes. The style direction is translated into practical decisions about layout, materials, lighting and carpentry rather than treated as decoration alone.
