Since 2011, Luxior Concept has designed and built landed homes across Singapore — quietly, and mostly by referral. One studio holds the whole house: architecture-led alterations, the build, and the interiors that make it feel like yours.

The blank canvas

The developer's finish is deliberately basic — so this is the moment to layer in carpentry, feature walls, lighting, curtains and smart storage before your furniture (or your tenant) arrives. We also walk the unit with you for a defects check against the handover, while everything's still under the developer's liability period.
