Founded in 2023, Luxior Concept was born from a simple belief: great design shouldn't come with opaque pricing or stressful project management. We take on just 2–3 projects per month, ensuring every HDB flat, condominium, or landed home we touch gets dedicated architectural oversight. Over the past 3 years, we've curated over 150 unique spaces across Singapore—not by chasing volume, but by earning the trust of homeowners who value precision, regulatory compliance, and a stress-free journey from blueprint to key collection.

Who is Luxior Concept?
Luxior Concept is a Singapore interior design and renovation firm built on a simple conviction: a home should be designed for the climate and codes it actually sits in. We combine design craft with regulatory rigour and material science to deliver renovations that last.
What accreditations and licences does Luxior hold, and why do they matter?
We are HDB-registered, CaseTrust-accredited and BCA-registered. HDB registration lets us legally file permits and renovate flats; CaseTrust protects your deposit and enforces a standard contract; BCA registration holds our workmanship to national construction standards. Together they mean your home and your money are covered by more than a promise.
How experienced is the Luxior team?
Our team brings together interior designers, project managers and on-site supervisors with hands-on experience across HDB, condo, landed and commercial projects. That range means we've seen the problems your project might hit, and know how to plan around them.
What is Luxior's design philosophy?
Design for Singapore first. Every project reflects local building codes, the realities of 80% humidity, and the premium on every square foot, not imported ideas that wilt by the first monsoon. Beauty that isn't durable and compliant isn't finished work.
What does the name Luxior Concept mean?
The name pairs a sense of refined living with considered, concept-led design. It reflects how we work: every space begins with a clear concept for how you'll live in it, then is executed to a high standard of finish and durability.
How does Luxior protect my deposit and ensure quality?
As a CaseTrust-accredited firm, we use a deposit performance bond, a standard renovation contract, and milestone-based progressive payments, never a large lump sum upfront. Quality is protected through defined workmanship standards and a defects liability period after handover.
Does Luxior have a portfolio of past projects?
