Design out the distractions before they happen.

Why a well-planned study room changes more than the room
In a Singapore home, the study room rarely works in isolation. It influences neighbouring rooms, circulation and the routines that happen around it.
When focus, storage, ergonomics and technology needing to coexist without visual noise, small planning decisions become noticeable every day. We resolve those practical relationships first so the design feels effortless rather than simply finished.

Make concentration easier to find.
How we design a study room that actually works
What we consider before designing your study room
- Desk depth and ergonomics
- Daylight and screen glare
- Power and data
- Books and document storage
- Acoustic privacy
- Video-call background
- Air-conditioning
These priorities are reviewed against the actual property, existing services and renovation scope before the design direction is finalised.
Your Plans!
A desk is not a study plan.
A desk facing a window is not automatically ideal. Direct daylight can create screen glare and make video calls difficult, depending on orientation and time of day.
We position the desk around light, power and circulation first, then design storage and background elements around the way the space will actually be used.
